Unit 66 Rehabilitation Centre

Unit 66 in Sundridge Park is the clinical heart of High View Care Services. The service is purpose built to support adults with acquired brain injury, mental health, substance misuse, co-morbidities and complex needs through structured, evidence-based rehabilitation. With four dedicated therapy suites and consulting rooms, a specialist rehabilitation kitchen and the full range of our Transdisciplinary Team (TDT) on site, No 66 is built for the kind of complex, intensive rehabilitation that other settings are not equipped to deliver. The clients who are admitted often come from acute hospitals, community settings, or previous placements that have not been able to meet their needs. They may arrive with multiple diagnoses, significant cognitive difficulties and behaviours that other teams have found challenging to support safely. Our team approaches that complexity with professional curiosity, structure and genuine care. Every client in No 66 follows an individually built support plan, developed collaboratively during pre-admission assessment and implemented by every member of the team around the clock. Families and referring professionals are kept genuinely informed throughout upholding our transparent approach to care. Progress at Unit 66 can look like going to the local shops independently for the first time. It can look like sleeping through the night feeling safe. It can look like attending a family birthday. Rehabilitation is not linear as we have found out over the years, but with consistency, structure and a team that genuinely believes in what is possible, positive progress can be made.
