Referrals and Fees

We accept referrals from most health care or social care professionals, case manager or legal representative.

To discuss a specific referral, or to make a general enquiry, please contact our Administrator in the first instance. This will initiate the placement process and initial review by Multidisciplinary team prior to a pre-admission assessment, report and, depending on the client, a visit to the service.

During the referral process we will provide information on fees and charges. Our fees, which are based on the assessment of needs and service provision, are transparent.

We regularly review the service and adjust goals and service inputs, including fees, as outcomes are achieved.
