Our largest home located on a residential main road a short walk from local amenities in Penge High Street or south There are local parks ( Crystal Palace) and various other amenities for leisure pursuits and hobbies, all within easy reach of High View. The home has 2 reception rooms and ample space for all our residents to meet for activities all year round. We have a large activity room with in the grounds with pool table and drum kit for those with musical talents.

We aim to demonstrate the positive value of care, focusing on meeting the individual needs of younger Adults within a small group.

The high standard of décor and furnishings reflect our belief in the value of living in a pleasant and comfortable environment. All the rooms are on suit providing residents their own private space. We strive to create and maintain a high level of stability and consistency and a balance between care and control.

We have a door entry system to ensure the safety of service users.

Fees

The current weekly fees for living at High View begin at £1,200.00 for board and lodging with 24 hours staff support. Personal allowances are through their benefits. Fees for the home will be paid by the placing authorities. Privately funded placements are welcomed. A Unit Van is available for use however where private journeys are required service users will be charged at the standard local mini cab rates.
