Meet the team

Margaret Lakidi, founder and MD is a professional social worker with over 20 years experience in developing and implementing solutions for adults with brain injury, addiction related problems and mental health issues.

She has developed and nurtured High View service over the past decade to become recognised as a key provider of solutions for clients often considered too challenging for other services.

Margaret’s dedication to the psychosocial approach to brain injury and addiction rehabilitation is second to none and she has built a strong multidisciplinary operational team to help achieve positive outcomes for all her clients.

This team includes senior Social Workers and Clinical Neuropsychologists.

Helen Moro Heads the Social Work Team, and is Registered Service Manager for our flagship services.

Dr Seb Potter is our Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist. Seb’s background in Clinical Neuropsychology spans 20 years - half of this at the highly respected Lishman Brain injury Unit at SLAM.

Seb is supported by full time Lead Specialist Clinical Neuropsychologist and Deputy Director, Dr Rebekah Jamieson-Craig. Before High View, Rebekah led highly specialised neurorehabilitation services for clients with neuropsychiatric difficulties following acquired brain injury.

The senior team’s practical experience in delivering both neuropsychological assessments and psychotherapies in residential and community settings ensures assessments and support plans are thorough, pragmatic and aimed at achieving optimum cognitive and behavioural function through effective therapeutic interventions. These interventions are delivered by our specialist support team of over 50, including Assistant Psychologists, Counsellors, Social Work and Psychology Team Leaders, Neuro-Rehab Coaches (NRC), Rehab Assistants, Therapists and Support Workers; all of whom work closely with the client throughout their journey with us.

Each of our residential services has at its helm a dedicated manager, registered with the Care Quality Commission. All staff are registered with the relevant bodies, such as HCPC and CQC where appropriate. All undergo thorough selection, induction and training processes and have enhanced DBS clearance. A high proportion of our therapeutic team are graduate level or above. All staff are trained to QCF L3 as a minimum. We positively support training and personal development.
